Pharmacy Benefits Administrator
Pharmacy Management Consultants (PMC), a division of the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy, collaborates with the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) to administer and oversee pharmacy benefits for Oklahoma SoonerCare members. PMC offers operational, consulting, and educational services that enhance drug utilization oversight, clinical review procedures, and the overall performance of the pharmacy program within Oklahoma’s Medicaid system.

Drug Utilization Review (DUR), Prior Authorization (PA) Services and Data Analysis
PMC supports Oklahoma SoonerCare through pharmacist-led drug utilization review and prior authorization services, helping ensure appropriate medication use while supporting timely access to therapy.
