Research in my laboratory focuses on developing innovative immunotherapeutic strategies that harness the body's natural host defense mechanisms. Our work centers on investigating underlying mechanisms and evaluating the immunomodulatory and therapeutic potential of Toll-like receptor-interacting surfactant protein-A-derived peptides and dendritic cell-based approaches in systems and models that mimic human pathophysiology.
